Soft silicone for diabetic and sensitive feet.
BLAND-ROSÉ is a poly-condensation silicone recognised as one of the softest silicones available on the podiatry market, thanks to its unique and inimitable formulation. Specifically developed for professional podiatric use, it is ideal for the fabrication of palliative orthoses, particularly in geriatrics and diabetic foot care, where pressure reduction and comfort are critical.
Extremely soft and elastic, offering immediate pain relief
Ideal for diabetic and geriatric patients with sensitive skin
Reduces pressure and friction in high-risk areas
Hydrates, regenerates, and softens the skin
Pleasant, silky touch that improves patient comfort
Does not adhere to hands, ensuring easy and clean handling
Can be adjusted to different hardness levels when mixed with other Fresco silicones
Washable and reusable, offering excellent cost efficiency
BLAND-ROSÉ is easy to manipulate and shape directly during orthosis fabrication (watch video at the top of the page). For even easier kneading, hands can be lightly moistened with water. The silicone hardens using Reaktol catalyst, allowing the practitioner to control working time. It can be mixed with other Fresco poly-condensation silicones to achieve customised hardness depending on clinical needs. Once set, the orthosis can be washed and reused.
