How to Use Anios’Clean Excel D
- Prepare the soaking bath — Dilute at 0.5%: add 25 ml per 5 litres of cold or tepid water. Renew the bath at least once daily.
- Fully immerse instruments — Ensure complete submersion of all medical devices. Soaking time: 15 minutes. Brush any visibly soiled areas. For endoscopic equipment, brush all channels.
- Rinse thoroughly — Remove instruments and rinse with tap water of good microbiological quality to eliminate all product traces and organic soiling. For endoscopes, rinse both internal and external parts.
- Dry and proceed — Dry with a clean towel and continue to the next step per your facility’s reprocessing protocol.
